RETURNING YOUR DRUM

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 24 hours of receipt to let us know if there is a problem with the item, and why you would like to return it.  

We will offer a full refund (less P&P) on the drum, if the drum is returned to us in an undamaged condition within 7 days.  Please ensure that the drum is properly wrapped and packaged for return, as refunds cannot be guaranteed for items returned to us that are damaged on the return journey.  We cannot  give refunds if you do not contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the drum.                                                           

 

Please note.

When you receive the drum, you must check that it has arrived in a good condition BEFORE you sign the parcel carriers paperwork.

If you sign first, then check and find damage,  you have signed to say that it as arrived in good condition and you are responsible for the return postage.

If it has been damaged, Do Not Sign the paperwork and have the carrier take it away, and  return it to us.

This saves time and money on your part.

We will then send you another drum free of charge.

 

We cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs in transit.

DELIVERY POLICY

 

We aim to dispatch your order within 5 WORKING DAYS from the date of your order.  If you need your purchase for a certain date, please let us know in advance so we can ensure we meet your requirements.  Please allow 7 working days for dispatch during very busy periods.  If in doubt, contact us to check delivery times.

 

We dispatch all our orders through Interlink Express, so you will receive your item the day after we dispatch it.  Please ensure that someone is in to sign for the parcel when it arrives, or alternatively, leave a note for the courier to leave with a neighbour or collect from the local depot.
